My typical therapy session is 45 minutes in length. My assessment testing can vary from multiple sessions or one 3 hour session.
I accept United Health Care/Optum and some Blue Cross Blue Shield plans for EAP only. Please contact your insurance carrier to determine eligibility. Therapy sessions are 45 minutes in duration unless we determine a longer session is needed. Assessment sessions run from between 1 to 1 ½ hours.
Payment in full is required at the time of service. Payment can be made by check, cash or bank transfer. Please note, I do not accept credit cards or FSA account cards.
You will receive a copy of your invoice at the end of each session. Each bill includes identifying information, a description of services rendered, a record of payments received at that visit, and a numerical diagnostic code of the condition being treated.
